We keep the record. Your group keeps the money.

Savings circles — chamas, esusu, susu, stokvels, merry-go-rounds — run on trust between people who know each other. What usually breaks them is not the trust but the record: a screenshot lost in a group chat, a turn remembered differently, a payment nobody can confirm.

Tanda is the shared record for that group. Everyone sees the same list: who is in, the agreement, whose turn it is, who marked a payment as sent and who confirmed it arrived.

Coordination, not custody

Tanda never holds, moves or releases money. Members pay each other directly, by M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash, exactly as they do today. There is no Tanda wallet and no balance to steal. Read the non-custody promise.

Where we started

Kenya is our first market, and the product is shaped around how chamas actually run: the WhatsApp group stays, the rotation is agreed together, and the organizer is not left holding everyone's questions.
