Seat invoices only

Refunds apply to Tanda software invoices for a circle. They do not apply to money members send each other.

First paid month

For the first paid month on a circle, ask within 14 days and Tanda will refund that invoice.

Member sends

Tanda cannot refund money members sent each other. The pot stays with the people in the circle.

Paused records

After a pause, paying resumes the official record. Tanda does not invent ticks for actions that did not happen.
