We collect basic account information (name, email, phone number) and the transaction data you log within your private Circles. Because Tanda is non-custodial, we never collect bank account details or credit card information for your group's financial transactions.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used solely to:

• Maintain the shared ledger of your community Circle.
• Send coordination alerts and reminders via WhatsApp or in-app notifications.
• Provide analytical insights into your group's financial progress.

3. Data Security & Storage

All records are stored in a secure, encrypted database cluster. We implement bank-grade access controls to ensure that only invited members can see a Circle's activity. We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention & Portability

You own your data. You can download a full export of your Circle's history at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your personal identifiers, while maintaining anonymized records of past contributions to ensure the group's ledger remains accurate for the remaining members.
